- 45 Minute Virtual Training sessions tailored to your personal fitness goals. We challenge your body to perform and engage muscles in places that will help tone and strengthen your body. We incorporate High Intensity Interval Type cardio based exercises to help increase your ability to burn fat during and after your workout. We safely guide our clients to use traditional exercise equipment, body weight, or help them discover unconventional fitness resources in their environment.
